We were tasked with creating an interior for a hotel complex in a ski area that combines comfort and attracts customers, promoting loyalty and repeat visits. It was important to emphasise the local flavour while meeting the commercial goals of maximising guest dwell time and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Our approach was to harmoniously combine natural materials – wood, stone and textiles – with thoughtful ergonomics, modern technology and attention to detail to create a space that not only attracts guests but also builds brand loyalty.
